Our Micro Profile/Pipe Extrusion Line is a Laboratory scale benchtop mini Profile/Pipe manufacturing line which can be used to produce Profiles or Pipes with very small amounts of materials. It can be used for new products development, material testing, production feasibility testing, or educational demonstrations, and is especially ideal for producing Profiles or Pipes of expensive materials such as some high performance materials including PI, PEI, PPSF, PPSU, PEEK, PEKK, etc., and nano additives filled high performance materials. Our Micro rofile/Pipe Manufacturing Line includes a Micro Compounder/Twin Screw Extruder or a Micro Single Screw Extruder, a cooling and foaming unit, a belt puller, and a cutting unit.
